Jonnatan R. Mendez is a licensed Professional Engineer with more than 20 years of experience in structural engineering design and analysis, forensic investigations, construction defect evaluations, building condition assessments, and litigation support involving residential, commercial, industrial, institutional, and municipal properties.
Prior to founding M&P Consulting Engineers, PLLC, he held senior engineering and leadership positions with ProNet Group, Halliwell Engineering Associates, J.S. Held, and Rimkus Consulting Group. His professional experience encompasses structural design for new and existing structures, renovations, alterations and repairs, construction defect investigations, complex property losses, hurricane and storm-related damage, structural and building-envelope evaluations, construction-related matters, and technically complex claims and litigation.
